We highly encourage you to rent a house at Black Butte Ranch and take advantage of a 15% wedding discount when you book directly through the ranch. There are plenty of houses and cabins available if you’d like to stay close by. We love the idea of having our family and friends nearby during the wedding weekend and festivities.
We’ve secured a few rooms at recommended hotels for those traveling in. Airbnbs and VRBOs are great options too. Please book your accommodations as soon as possible, as we’re getting married on a holiday weekend and rentals/hotels in the area will fill up fast.

Airport Information
Redmond airport (RDM) is the closest airport, about 45 minutes from Black Butte Ranch. We recommend using Redmond Airport Ground Shuttle for transportation to and from the airport. Reserve your shuttle by calling: 541.480.4040
Portland International Airport (PDX) is around a 3 hour drive from Black Butte. Reach out to Max and Bradley if you need help coordinating a carpool.
Black Butte Ranch
When booking online, please mention the Lehman-Hunt Wedding under the comments section. The Black Butte reservations team follows up with each online booking, and at that time will make sure that the 15% discount is extended. If booking via phone, please also mention the Lehman-Hunt Wedding to ensure the discount is applied to your reservation.
Best Western Ponderosa Lodge
Located in the charming town of Sisters, the Best Western Ponderosa Lodge offers spacious rooms, a pool, and a cozy, rustic atmosphere. Just 7 miles (a 12-minute drive) from Black Butte Ranch, its a convenient spot for your stay. Enjoy the peaceful surroundings and nearby downtown shops and restaurants. All rooms must be booked no later than April 23, 2025 to receive this special group rate. A two night minimum stay is required to use this special rate.
Airbnb
For a more personalized stay, consider booking an Airbnb in the area/on the Ranch. There are plenty of unique and cozy options available, whether you're looking for a cabin in the woods or a charming home in downtown Sisters. However, we recommend checking out reservations through Black Butte Ranch first (see above), as you'll receive a 15% discount on accommodations. It's a great way to stay close to all the wedding festivities and enjoy everything the ranch has to offer!
